Make Potato Chips

It's really easy to make potato chips, and they're a healthier option than store bought chips. You can also experiment with different vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets! They are all delicious!
 
What You'll Need:
 
  • Potatoes (sweet potatoes, carrots, or beets)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

   
How To Make:
 

1. Slice potatoes about 1/8" thick.
2. In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil and salt to taste. (Use just enough oil to evenly coat both sides of the potatoes - about 1 T).
3. Line a cookie sheet with the potatoes.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
5. Spread the baked chips on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
